Complex projects require comprehensive support during the approval procedure. Ensuring this support is our core competence, which we have built up in over 30 EIA procedures.

• Preparation for the procedural steps with regard to necessary contents and project organization
• Examination of reports (e.g. environmental compatibility reports according to the Austrian EIA-legislation “UVP-G”) and notifications in close cooperation with the EIA project team
• Content support in the preparation of statements and appeals

• Review of requirements with regard to the technical possibility of subsequent fulfillment and provision of evidence
